20AC of densely wooded land 1.5 mi N of I-20

Looking for some quiet location to build your home or your weekend cabin?
Want it to be really convenient for commuting into Dallas?  This land tract
is next to our home on a dead end road just 1.5 miles off Interstate 20
and just 55 miles East of LBJ Freeway in Dallas.  The dead end road means
little traffic for your hide-away.  The woods are rustic and dense.  We have
owned these woods for 13 years and have made no changes whatever
to the rustic habitat for many animals including rabbits, fox, coyote,
raccoons and owls.  The land does not have a pond, but the soil is
perfect for a good one like the 1/2AC one we built next door.
The land is restricted to site built homes and has other
restrictions as to accumulation of junk, etc.  The land has a
timber exemption which gives you the same low taxes as the
AG exemption gives to farmland.  Trees include lots of Oak,
Hickory, cedar and all varieties of trees at home in East Texas.

Variety of views of this densely wooded land on a paved CR which is a dead-end, just 1.5 miles
off Interstate 20.  It is between Canton and Edgewood about a mile past the intersection
of Highway 64 and FM 1504.  It is a great location just 55 miles East of Dallas.
The berries above are on the American Beauty Berry bushes in the woods.
